Cloud franchise program

Launch your own
cloud business

under your brand

White-label client panel, vStack virtualization, hardware, processes, training and 24×7 operations — everything to become a cloud provider in months, not years.

vstack.cloud is a cloud franchise program built on vStack — the hyperconverged platform and white-label panel for service providers.

You own the brand, the clients and the margin. We bring the platform, the operations and a decentralized network of regions.

Every partner sells every region

Each partner's panel lists every region of the network. Your customers deploy in Dubai, São Paulo or Almaty from your panel, under your brand — and you earn on capacity you don't own.

  • Your clients stay yours — brand, contract and billing are yours
  • Sell spare capacity of your cluster to the other partners
  • Enter new countries without CAPEX for new sites

Questions & answers

Didn't find an answer? Our partner team will walk you through the program.

Ask a question
Do we need our own data center?
No. You can use your own racks, colocation in a partner data center, or new hardware that we help you size and source. The platform runs on any compatible equipment — no vendor lock-in.
How long does a launch take?
Months, not years. A pilot on the Launch tier runs for up to three months; the timeline depends on hardware availability and the scope of customization.
Who owns the customers?
In the white-label franchise you do: brand, contracts, billing and customer relationships are yours. In co-sell, client ownership is joint or yours, protected by deal registration.
How does the Exchange Hub work?
Every partner's panel lists the regions of the whole network. Your customers can deploy in another partner's region under your brand, and you can sell spare capacity of your own cluster to other partners.
What are points and how is consumption billed?
Points are the unit of resource consumption (vCPU, vRAM, vSSD, vHDD, plus VDI and Backup). Usage is metered every 10 minutes and settled monthly; the price per point falls as your tier grows.
Who supports our end customers?
Your team runs first- and second-line support for your customers. We provide 24×7 third-line support and advisory at every tier, and can take over platform operations under the managed package.
Can we migrate from VMware?
Yes. The panel works with VMware vSphere and Cloud Director as well as vStack HCP, so you can move workloads step by step without stopping commercial operation.
Can we lock in terms for a year?
Yes. With an annual commitment you fix your tier for 12 months, which can unlock rebates and special terms for new products.
